Preservation and Refreshing
Father God, we thank you that our pastors are faithful and that you preserve them.
Your word says that you, who began a good work in them, will perfect it. Our pastors are your workmanship, created in Christ Jesus and equipped in every good thing to do your will.
We pray that they abound with blessings and that they do not grow weary in well-doing.
Preserve their strength, oh God, and allow them to experience the fullness of living and moving and having their being in you.
Father God, let all of the weariness of the work be removed like a garment. Instead place upon them a garment of praise and blanket them with your peace. Allow them to be yoked together with you, that their burden may be easy and the yoke light.
I pray that you would work in them what is well pleasing in your sight. And let all grace abound toward them, having sufficiency in all things and an abundance for every good work. In Jesus' name.

Prayer Covering for Pastor & Ministers
Almighty God, we lift up a covering over our pastors and ministers, and plead the blood of Jesus over them, praying that the gifts and anointing on their lives comes forth. Birth the things that you have spoken to them in their hearts as they continually give themselves to prayer and to the ministry of the word.
We declare that our pastors and ministers are redeemed from the curse of the law, therefore no weapon formed against them shall prosper and every tongue rising against them in judgment is condemned. We declare that no sorcery is allowed against our pastors and ministers, and no divination against their families or flocks.
Because our pastors and ministers have sown bountifully, let them also reap bountifully. We pray that sickness and disease shall in no-ways come near them in your sanctuary, their workplaces or their dwelling places. We pray that all blessings come upon them and overtake them because they obey the voice of their God. In Jesus' mighty name.

Prayer Covering for the Pulpit
Righteous Lord, we thank you for all true preachers of the gospel, and pray that they will continually triumph in Christ, diffusing the fragrance of his knowledge in every place. We declare that their speech in preaching is a demonstration of the spirit of power and that they are instant in season and out of season to preach the word.
We pray for a covering over the preacher's pulpit and declare that all demonic strongholds over the pulpit are pulled down right now in Jesus' name. We pray that the pulpit is sanctified, being the connection point where knowledge, power and instructions are disseminated from God's word to his people.
Protect the pulpit from those whose hearts and minds are far from you and let it be taken seriously, never to be replaced by vanity or entertainment. We pray that the spiritual sword of your word is present at all times during the service to remind your people of your mighty power, and to remind your enemies that they are not allowed to steal your glory.
We thank you for allowing the good seed of your word to go forth unhindered, finding good soil in the heart of the hearer, bringing forth a good harvest for the laborers, and an abundance of good fruit in the lives of the believers, with a hundredfold blessing. In Jesus mighty name.
